Call for papers at AIKW conferences:
The Association of International Roll Pass Designers and Rolling Mill Engineers e.V. (AIKW) is an internationally active professional association that organizes annual conferences in Europe.
The annual meetings are usually held in autumn (late September / early October) alternately in different European countries. On the first day, there is a lecture course with presentations on current topics and on the second day we offer work visits of interesting rolling mills.
The presentations at our conference cover topics in the production of semi-finished products and sections, rolling mill and plant technology as well as associated areas of production technology, measuring technology and organization.
If you like to present a paper at our annual conference, we kindly ask you to send us a one-page abstract about the topic and the main content of the presentation. This abstract should be available by end of March of each year, so that we can decide in the following month on the acceptance of the paper for our conference program.
